Kids are the future

KID'S  PACE

An area of programming which has become increasing more populär in recent years has been kid's programs.   In efforts to attract couples and single parents, many clubs have initiated programs designed to be fun and to contribute to the health of kids. PACE has proven to be an excellent program for this.

The primary feature of a kid's program must be safety. With PACE's accommodating hydraulic resistance as opposed to weight Stacks or free weights, it is virtually impossible to hurt oneself. The load never exceeds the strength of the user; the users' effort determines the resistance.

A kid's program must be fun. PACE meets this criteria superbly. Using high energy, upbeat music and frequent change stations intervals, PACE is similar to a fitness "musical chairs". The versatility of a PACE program will ensure that kid's won't be bored äs they play their way into better health.

Since there is no skiil needed or muscle soreness with PACE and there is no competition with no weight Stacks, PACE is non-intimidating. Anyone can do PACE, not just the most athletic kids. PACE will not only improve kid's fitness, it will encourage them to participate in fitness programs as they mature.

"Get the kids in and the parents will follow"

This was the thinking of several health club owners who purchased The PACE Group Exercise Programm as a program for kids but quickly found out that adults enjoyed PACE also.

They knew that kids enjoyed the non-intimidating hydraulic equipment and the group formal, but they had no idea that parents and grandparents would be working out in the same classes!

One such club owner, who originally bought PACE for kids, but since has converted it into one of his most populär programs for all ages says,  "PACE is a great way to triefe kids into Fitness; they think they are having fun, but they are getting it at the same time".
